woke up this morning & casually asked sis wad time she would be gg to gran's hse. & she scolded me & said tht she's not gg today coz mom's at home. thot mom's working from home so just asked, & got scolded again. & just realise tht its HARI RAYA HAJI today. okay.. abit random though. but really lost touch with the world & time alrd.
glueing me butt to the sofa the moment im home & eyes on com screen & tv & ears on the radio. either tht, or out in town most of the day & most of the time, its with von. its jsut scary how time flies when its the end of the 2nd week after Os. though i still haven find a job & is spending most of the time, im feeling great! [though with a sore throat & a grinding stomach, all thanks to the antibiotics]
woke up randomly & tried ways to salvage my phone from sending it for repair, cause i have no spare fone at home. traded all the can-use phones & only left with the spoilt & useless ones. idk how, but it worked somehow, & i realise tht prob the hardware for the loudspeaker is loose & for sound to be produced, i got to press tht part & it worked. but its still a little sot at times. haiz...
went down for breakfast & had carrot cake. nice one :D went up & wanted to use mom's com to maple when she ask me to go pack my tbs & stuff for cousin, who coincidentally take the exact same subject combi as me. can save LOADS of $$. took nearly 2hours to pack EVERYTHING! if you know, my bookshelf is too small for storing all my TBs, TYSes, & files. so i stuff all i could & leave the others around my room. & its really tiring to pack everything in order! luckily my usual tidiness & jie-pi-ness in filing helped. like all the worksheets & notes are in the files & i can conviniently take them out. sort out the different subjects, & to save trouble, i just decided to give all the notes i've written, NC tht had given, & all the worksheets tht i've done to cousin. oops. betrayed NC in some way though.
digged all the tbs & notes & worksheets & tyses & it filled 6 BIG PLASTIC BAGS! omg! freaking heavy! not being exaggerating, but the chem notes & worksheets & maths worksheets took up 1 BIG PLASTIC EACH! omg. its quite scary seriously. the scariest part is, maths is just sec 3 & 4 worksheets & assigments & it can alrd compile to such a big stack. GG siax. no idea how is cousin gg to fit EVERYTHING in his shelf. LOLS. good luck siax.
mom was seeing me pack & saying tht my aunt shld be really happy coz she can save loads from the TBs & TYSes. like exactly! the sec3 TB cost like $300++ & sec4 $50? but the value of ALL the notes i've given, plus the TBs should be worth of at least $1000? hahahaha. my 1000-dollar-asset. LOLS!
seriously perspire like nobody's business while packing them. & felt such a great sense of accomplishment after packing everything & clearing my bookshelf. so book-free out of a sudden. hahaha.
wash up & went out with family. wanted to visit some furniture shop in jalan kayu but realise tht it close down. so just lunch at jalan kayu roti prata. had my usual mutton briyani but all thanks to my antibiotics, dint had much appetite. bleh!
went to courts coz there seems to have lots of sales gg on there. mom got her blender at only 75bucks. & dad got his ink caraidge at $135! omg. so ex! saw very nice ext hard disk. 500GB, $175? really very nice. & just decided to ask tht for my christmas present. but somehow, mom find it too ex & decided to get it another day or so. ): but its really very nice. as in the exterior.
drove down to katong & drop the books at cousin's hse. he was surprised at how much papers there was. LOLS. stayed there & chat for a while & cousins were like saying how i shouldnt get a job & be lifeless. coz poly or jc life would be damn hectic, projects after prohects & would totally have no time to play & enjoy. but seems like she's having lots of fun after promos. attended so many camps & became freaking tan. scary!
LOLS. but it did made me think twice abt finding a job so impatiently. haha. maybe shld have more fun before college life before i regret next year.
went off to the katong branch of tht furniture shop before heading down to lorong ah soo to eat the very nice chwee kuay. tht big hwaker center-market thingy with carpark underneath. tht chwee kuay is superb. love the salty vege :D had some & had pig organ soup for dinner. maybe ate too much chwee kuay, dint have much appetite for the pig organ soup. but anws, it suck. both food like one heaven one hell can. yucks! the pig intestine is not even properly cleaned & the oup is too saltly. overall, it sucked.
maybe i should stop taking the antibiotics. its making my stomach grind like nobody's business even when i eat it before meal. oops. but still, yucks! make me feel even weaker & sicker than anything. disgusting. Zzzz. hope it doesnt kill if i stop medicating on tht now. :P
since sis wants to use the com, dint want to fight with her so just asked permission from dad to use his. oops. was allowed to use his 32-inch desktop & the screen is so freaking big tht everything seems so small. & its located like 60cm away from the user & the words are so small tht i got to zoom tht thing to 150% in order to see the things w/o scrinching my eyes. oops. & was really shocked tht its running at 3GB RAM WITH 400++GB OF MEMORY SPACE! wth! no wonder its running so freaking fast. compared to my lappy, tht lappy is so cui!Labels: 271109 FRIDAY
